A massive Soviet offensive against German positions is underway. In a small forested sector, German and Soviet Forces fight to hold a key bridgehead. Registration for this event will open on 12 January 2021 at 8 PM PST.

About The Event
Description: This is a private tactical event based on the Dnieper–Carpathian Offensive in Early Spring of 1944. Battle times are tentatively set to Saturday 0900 - 1600 and Sunday 0800-1100. It is being held at Panhandle 4H, a heavily forested site in W. Washington. No digging is allowed.

Battle Fee: $50
RSVP Requirement: Please RSVP for the event so we have a detailed list. This event is currently capped at 35 total participants across all units, so please RSVP only when you are 100% sure you can attend and update it if you cannot attend. RSVPs over 35 will be added to a waitlist in the event spots come open or capacity can be increased. If the RSVPs are heavily lopsided between Soviet and German participants, we may need to balance out numbers.

Accommodations: All participants will stay in a heated building on the campsite, beds and mattresses provided. Blankets, sheets, pillows, and other bedding is not provided. Soviet Participants will stay in the Dormitory, German participants in the Lodge.
No participants are required to stay in the accommodations at the site. Participants are welcome to find alternate lodging offsite if they prefer.
Meals: A consolidated meal plan has been put together due to kitchen space and sanitation requirements. Disposable plates, bowls, cups, and utencils will be provided. No personal dishes or untencils will be authorized.
Cost is $20 for the weekend, please mark if you plan to participate in the meal plan or not in your RSVP.

Friday Dinner: Chicken & Vegetable Soup with Bread
Saturday Breakfast: Egg, Potato, and Bacon Scramble with Bread & Coffee.
Saturday Dinner: Egg Noodles and Beef sauce with bread & a Desert
Sunday Breakfast: Bread and selection of muffins, pastries, and fruit with Coffee
*NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON SITE*
COVID Information: For the safety of all participants, it is highly recommended you do not travel or engage in high risk activities 14 days prior to the event to decrease your risk of contracting COVID-19. It is also highly recommended you get tested for COVID-19 the week prior to the event. All participants must check in at arrival to turn in their waivers and receive a temp check. Masks must be worn indoors at all times.
No participants are required to stay in the accommodations at the site. Participants are welcome to find alternate lodging offsite if they prefer.
Unit Commanders will check the temperatures of their participants every morning and evening with provided thermometers.
