The British Light Infantry reenactment group seek to interpret and gain insight into the life of a British infantry soldier of the Second World War. Our primary goal is to authentically portray a regulation British rifle section in structure and equipment. 

We represent two different units, the 6th Battalion Durham Light Infantry (leg infantry) and the 2nd Battalion Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire Light Infantry (Airborne glider infantry). Also portrayed is the British Army Film & Photographic Unit (AFPU).
