About The Event

Description: Description: This is a private tactical event based on the campaign leading up to the Siegfriend Line assault in Belgium and Germany in early September, 1944. We will be implementing new mechanics and objectives at this event. Battle times are tentatively set to Saturday 0900 - 1600 and Sunday 0600-1100.

Location: Panhandle Lake 4-H Camp, 370 W Panhandle Lake Rd, Shelton, WA 98584

*NO Alcohol is allowed on site*

RSVP Requirement: Please RSVP for the event so we have a detailed list.

Accommodations: All participants will sleep in bunks in provided buildings.

Meal Plan: Optional. Menu is listed below. Meals will be served with disposable plates cups, & cutlery.

Menu

Friday night: Chicken & Vegetable Soup with bread   

Saturday Morning: Eggs, Bacon, potatoes, toast, jam, and juice/coffee   

Saturday Lunch: Not Included

Saturday Night: Hungarian Beef Goulash with Bread and a dessert  

Sunday Morning: Yogurt, pastries/muffins, toast, and coffee/juice

Impressions: Only Authorized impressions are appropriate for the ETO Campaign in September 1944. Please see your Unit Leadership for more details.

COVID Information: For the safety of all participants, it is highly recommended you do not travel or engage in high risk activities 14 days prior to the event to decrease your risk of contracting COVID-19. It is also highly recommended you get tested for COVID-19 the week prior to the event. All participants must check in at arrival to turn in their waivers and receive a temp check.

No participants are required to stay overnight at the site. Participants are welcome to find alternate lodging offsite if they prefer.
