About The Event
Description: This is a private tactical event based on the last weeks of WWII in Spring of 1945. Battle times are tentatively set to Saturday 0900 - 1600 and Sunday 0800-1100. It is being held at Panhandle 4H, a heavily forested site in Western Washington. No digging is allowed. This site frequently gets snow in February.

Battle Fee: TBP
Alcohol: AG44 will have a banquet license for this evet, beer and wine only. Details on serving/drinking areas will be posted.
RSVP Requirement: TBP
Accommodations: All participants may either stay in heated building on the campsite with beds and mattresses provided (Blankets, sheets, pillows, and other bedding is not provided). They may also sleep in unheated cabins if they prefer or setup tents in designated areas. Further lodging details will be provided.
No participants are required to stay in the accommodations at the site. Participants are welcome to find alternate lodging offsite if they prefer.
Meals: A consolidated meal plan has been put together due to kitchen space and sanitation requirements. Disposable plates, bowls, cups, and utencils will be provided. No personal dishes or untencils will be authorized.
Cost and menu is TBA for the weekend.
COVID Information: For the safety of all participants, it is highly recommended you do not travel or engage in high risk activities 14 days prior to the event to decrease your risk of contracting COVID-19. It is also highly recommended you get tested for COVID-19 the week prior to the event. All participants must check in at arrival to turn in their waivers and receive a temp check. Masks must be worn indoors at all times.
No participants are required to stay in the accommodations at the site. Participants are welcome to find alternate lodging offsite if they prefer.
Unit Commanders will check the temperatures of their participants every morning and evening with provided thermometers.
